From March 30 to April 2, the four-day 2026 Jiushen Project National Cocktail Expo concluded successfully at Hall 8.2 of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
This spring, CMA+, in collaboration with the Jiushen Project, Yike Group, and Chongming Goodies, completed a cross-industry experiment spanning beverages, ingredients, and technology.
Technology + Flavor: Electronic Nose and Electronic Tongue Analysis Services
Say goodbye to the limitations of traditional subjective evaluation! We provide professional electronic nose (E-Nose) and electronic tongue (E-Tongue) sensory testing services. We can provide objective, quantitative flavor profile analysis for cocktails, spirits, beverages, and ingredients, helping brands achieve precise R&D and quality control. Many on-site visitors and brand representatives have shown great interest in this service.
Focusing on Care Foods: Making Flavor More Heartfelt
CMA Testing and CMA+ have consistently focused on the silver economy and the dietary needs of special populations. At this exhibition, we highlighted the standards and philosophy behind our “Care Food Product Certification,” aiming to raise awareness about the dietary needs of individuals with swallowing disorders and older adults.
The “Care Food Product Certification” categorizes foods into nine continuous levels based on texture: 0–7EC and 7. These include thin, slightly thick, pureed, soft, and easily chewable textures. The higher the number, the closer the food is to regular food, and the greater the requirement for chewing and swallowing ability.

As a deep participant in third-party testing and certification services, CMA Testing aims to play a leading role within the community and the food industry by providing technical support and unified standards for “care foods” and related silver products. This initiative seeks to promote the professional development of such products, encourage more enterprises to invest in research and development, and enable more individuals in need to enjoy safe, flavorful, and dignified meals. In the future, we will continue to advance the growth of the “care food” industry in the Greater Bay Area, gradually building a comprehensive “care food ecosystem.”
Chongming Goodies: Local Flavors Become the Popular “Little Wine Shop” at the Exhibition
Chongming Goodies showcased locally distinctive rice wines and fruit wines. Their clear, sweet, and mellow local flavors immediately attracted numerous visitors to stop and sample upon opening for tasting. Many people, after finishing a cup, would return to inquire about purchasing methods, turning it into a popular small wine stall at the exhibition.
Yike Group: Product Tasting Remains Highly Popular
The Yike Group provided ready-to-eat products for on-site tasting. Steam rose from the bustling tasting booths as crowds continued to gather; the convenience and deliciousness of the offerings filled the tasting area with inviting aromas, drawing eager spectators and making it one of the most visited stalls at the exhibition.
Looking forward to meeting again at the next event.
