CMA Testing has over 10 years’ experience in measurement of Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) parameters. We have been at the forefront in the environmental industries by offering testing, analysis and consultancy services on a wide range of aspects. We are one of the Accredited Indoor Air Quality Certificate Issuing Bodies (CIB) for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) under the Hong Kong Inspection Body Accreditation Scheme (HKIAS) and is a laboratory accredited under Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) for various environmental parameters. Both HKIAS and HOKLAS are accredited by Hong Kong Accreditation Service (HKAS) which is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC).
CMA Testing provide one-stop measurement and consultancy service of Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) parameters, such as Air Quality and Thermal Comfort, Water Quality & Waste Water Quality, Noise, Acoustic & Vibration and Carbon Audit. The teams are supported by BEAM Pros, LEED APs, WELL APs and WELL Performance Testing Agents. CMA Testing (CMA) provides various consultancy services for green building assessment.
For Beam Plus Certification, CMA provides the assessments for new building, existing building and interiors including the aspects of integrated design and construction management, sustainable site, materials and waste, energy use, water use, health and wellbeing, innovations and additions, site aspects, management, materials and waste aspects, energy use, water use, indoor environmental quality, and green building attributes and management.
For LEED Certification, CMA provides the assessments for building design and construction and interior design and construction including the aspects of location and transportation, sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation and regional priority.
For WELL Certification, CMA provides the assessments for buildings and organizations including the aspects of human health, well-being and performance including air, thermal comfort, light, community, mind, movement, water, sound, and material and nourishment.
Our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) measurement using advanced sensor technology which could increase measurement efficiency and continuously monitor indoor air quality in the buildings. The new technology provided by CMA Testing is handier and will cause less disturbance to building occupants.
Also we are able to prepare carbon audit report and energy audit report for the building project under v2.0 and the latest version BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB).
